From that page go to HOME, then Recreation tab and find Parks and Recreation, on the Left under the Home tab you will see Dog Park click there. Or when you go to the Parks and Recreation scroll all the way down and there is the Kite Festival, Dog Park festivities set to celebrate McAllister Park improvements. Hope that works for you.
