Marci - when you're feeling overwhelmed - take a few minutes, close your eyes, sit up tall and just breathe deeply in and out through the nose and let all your thoughts just be on your breath and how it feels. This will help to calm you down (and it is really good for your body)!! You can always PM anytime!!!! Good luck with your results - hoping for the best!!!
