Thanks for the great response guys! Tonight I saw Angel, of the now infamous "Camp Angel and Al". When I told her about this thread and the responses she thought it was so funny.
Here's another story, and it's related to going potty. Last night when I was at work, my mom (yes, still visiting...) called and said I had to come home right away because of Oscar. My heart leapt into my throat, but it turns out everything was okay. Oscar woke her up at just after 4am to go potty. Mom has an artificial leg, and at night she gets around on crutches. She went over to a chair by the door and snapped Oscar's line on him (I bring it in under the door so letting him out is easier).
Well, little Oscar decided to get wrapped around one of my planters. Mom couldn't get out to him and she was beside herself. When she called and told me I said he would be fine, the weather was nice, and I'd be home in a couple of hours.
I got home and there was little Oscar looking so relieved to see me! I let him in the house and, this little dog that never barks, just started barking and barking at me. It was like he was saying, "Mom, Gwandma left me ouwtside and fowgot abowt me!!!!!
" It was soooo cute!
