I have a Kirby it is model G4 I love it works great The only complant I have it is heavy. I was lucky My MIL gave it to us as a house warming gift and I have had no troubles with it at all I would give it 4 out of 5 stars just because it is heavy. It also comes with a hepa filter and I think the newer ones are lighter and have even better filters
