morgan has a collar with her tags on it as well. We leave it on inside so i can hear where she is. I don't walk her with it tho, she has many harnesses for that.
I just slapped the collar on her and ignored her antics. if she wanted to play slug for an hour then by all means pretend you can't move with that collar on. She wasn't hurting herself so i ignored it. she gave up eventually and now is perfectly fine with it on.
