Chloe could be Toby's identical behavioral TWIN!!! HE does the exact same things, Loves to jump for the toy and runs and wants you to chase and then if you don't he brings it to you and puts it into your hand to play but before you can get it, he takes it and runs!!!! I nearly died from laughing! That was so Toby!!!
