Maybe you can try just putting the collar on her for 5 minutes at a time. And then keep increasing the amount of time that she wears it every day. Eventually maybe she will become used to it. My 2 are fine with their collars but I use harnesses to walk them and they are not crazy about the harnesses. I too just use their collars for their ID tags
