Chloe wears a collar for her id tag also. I only walk her on a harness though. Put the collar on with only enough space to fit two fingers in for safety. Any more than that and it can get caught on things--including her own teeth!
Just put it on and he'll get over it soon enough. If you give in to his sulking, he'll keep doing it. |
