Hi, Another YT member made this dress. I bought it last year for Easter and just went to try it on and it's too tight!! (oops!) It's super cute and in like new condition. Ideal for 10inch waist, but if you don't fully overlap the velcro, sould fit up to 13 inches. It's fully lined with cute daisy and lace trim with pink, purple, green and yellow stripes. $12 shipped.
