anyone have any suggestions on how to get my puppy to wear a collar? I bought her a very tiny, lightweight nylon collar, put it on her very loosely & she acts as if she is being punished! She immediately cowers, scoots on the floor, finds a corner to lay in & will not play, get up or anything! I have tried to just leave it on her, ignore her behavior, try to distract her......to no avail!!!
