Hi to Everyone.
I haven't been on much lately and have really missed everyone. We live by a college and they are tearing down 20 houses on the block in front of us and putting in a dorm...uggg
Of course, this is something I dont want to live in front of so we called the college and they want to buy our house. They paid for the apraisal and we are in the process now. We dont owe a ton on our house, so we should make out pretty good on the offer.
Believe it or not, we've found another house in only 2 weeks and made an offer and they've accepted. I'm so excited, but so sad too. They will probably be tearing down our house within the next 5 years. It just kills me how they can just tear down a perfectly great house.
We decided to get out now, before our property value drops. What sucks is we have an above ground pool and a great deck from it that will not fit in our new home. Well it would, but we'd have to cut down two trees to do it and we dont think thats a great way to come into a neighborhood. lol So we'll just get a hot tub instead and we belong to a swim club so we'll just use there pool. Its the hang out for all of my daughters friends, so She's ok with it.
I just got my house looking the way I want and now its time to move on. I love our new house its a two story and I've always wanted one, it has a huge back yard, and is in a quiet neighborhood.
So this is why I havn't been on much. I've missed everyone and will get on as much as I can!!! Take care and give all your babies hugs and kisses for me!!
