Sorry I can't help you as we have 2 5 month old BOYS that Dad wouldn't allow them to have " poofs " on their heads so they will be kept trimmed ! I think I may have to get a GIRL baby sometime so that I can have all the GIRL things !
Good luck but I think it hads something to do with the first elastic wrap ... I know that when our cocker was getting ribbons in her ear we had to cut the things out as the groomer got them in tight !
