TLC - myteddybear - yorkieluv ... That's the way I understand the process ... it's dehydrated at such a low temp that it's still considered "raw". The reason it's "re-hydrated" with "warm" water is, boiling water will kill the "good stuff" that's in it. You can add all kinds of stuff to it ... Toto just happens to love the chicken and english peas!
