Thanks for the link to the list. I was holding off on opening a box of canned Friskies cuts n gravy cat food when I saw wheat gluten on the label. To be honest, I don't think I can trust any food that says "wheat gluten" on the label. Unfortunately, my cats all turn their noses up at the good stuff. I guess they will eat it when they get hungry enough!
