Very true, however, how do you determine, does admin have the ability to monitor and watch when young people such as this young lady comes.....if not may they should put them on a probationary period.
As I said earlier, Nicole was a very fun loving 12 year old...that could hold her own in most threads....yes, young but very intelligent, well mannered and respectful....just full of life.
