the thing is, we own our flat, they own their flat, upstairs rent their flat from the owner, so i did ask the owner of the downstairs flat how to get into the garden because were getting a dog, but i could tell he didnt want me using it...
i was just astonished to find i couldnt get in there even if i wanted to! i just wanted to rant, cus that grass looks soo nice for a puppy out my window...
