Save the pic in your email to your C drive (hard drive) under My documents/pictures. the extension for the file type must be .bmp or .jpg or .jpeg.
It it is the right size (small enough 600X800 pxl) then you can upload it here under manage attachments when you post. If it is too big, you can resize it (make it smaller) and then upload it on YT.
