I would be so tempted to just steal the dog, no Yorkie should be left outside not to mention the fact that they need to be around their owners. They are just love bugs that want only to be held and loved.
Maybe you can offer to purchase the pup? My heart is breaking here! I would consider just taking the baby to a safe home, seriously!!!
