wow your worried about that stuff already at 13! odd i don't think your old enough personally but they older i get the younger others seem to be! i look at teen these days and think back hoping i wasn't so goofy and immature at that age but most likely i was and wouldn't listen to anything at all. but anyways no at 13 you shouldn't be going out with anyone! you have to wait until at least 18 or that's what i'll be telling my daughter! 30 would be even better
