i am so glad you are there for that little guy ...
i can't even imagine how lonely and sad he must be, to be out in a thunderstorm (WTF btw) and all night?!?! that just makes me so .. grrrrrrrrr.....
i wouldn't do the threatening letter, that wouldn't really solve much other than get those horrible pple pissed off and who knows what they would do. i really hope the manager does something! if not ....... well ... who's to say if some crazy 'animal' aka yt memeber just happens to knock down the fence and have a ton of treats to tempt the little yorkie to the other side of the fence... hehehe
but really you are such a wonderful person to be looking out for this little guy, keep us posted.
