For years groomers have been taught to clean around the eyes of all dogs , so it comes natural that this will happen to you. It is very hard to change a habit. But I guess you have to talk to the groomer that is doing your dog and really make it clear to them that you do not want it cut, maybe several times. A good groomer will listen to what you want and try very hard to please you. If it is a corporation like Petsmart or Petco all you have to do is complain to the manager and your money will be refunded. If not you can complain to the district manager.
