Hey there yorkietalkers! I come to you very new to yorkies, but not to dogs in general.
I'm a doberman fancier and am expecting my first pup in about 12 weeks. (Yay!) However, my wonderful boyfriend will be graduating West Point in 4 years and would love to have a yorkie all his own. Cute, huh? ::grin:: I want to become well versed in the genetics and breed idiosyncrasies before he brings a pup home so that we both can keep his baby happy and healthy. Can anyone point me in the right direction with a few insightful articles?
PS - If I have anything to say about it, this yorkie will see an agility course when its little bones are ready for it.
Maybe the OB ring too. Gotta earn your supper (especially since I plan to do raw/cooked)!
