Homeless shelters and ones for abused women appreciate all kinds of donations.
One Saturday me and a friend volunteered to sell Krispy Kreme donates for our church...it was so stinking hot in front of Walmart, we were there for hours...couldn't leave until they were sold..we were down to 10 boxes and no way we could eat that many...so we bought them at $4 a box and took them to the Homeless Shelter..the kids were thrilled..and it only cost us $20 each...AND it was tax deductible...!
