I am soo sorry this happened to you, but if misery wants company then here I am!
I told my groomer that I do NOT want Peanut's face hair clipped, want to grow it out. When I picked her up the groomer said "I trimmed around her eyes...if you don't like it we will do something different next time." ARGGHH!!! Do they somehow lose all control once they start clipping? I just don't get it.
