Yes he does! Sounds like you know from experience! We went for a walk today, and a lady stopped me and started talking about her Yorkie she had when she was younger, and how she wanted to get another one soon. She asked what petstore I got Tucker from, and I told her about YT and that she will find better quality, responsible breeders here. She said she would keep that in mind when she starts looking.
