i will try. The coat continues to change colors and grow until about two years old in some cases. i have an eighteen month old that only recently turned gold in the face and top of her head. Also, they start cutting their teeth when they are about twelve-fourteen weeks old. sometimes you don't even notice it and viola!!!!!!!! they have adult teeth. if hse has a cotton coat now, chances are it will stay that way but it MIGHT change as the adult hair comes in. that is also a gradual process. congratulations on your new puppy.
