That is awesome!! It is too bad so many companies these days really lack great customer service. So many companies out there have lost GREAT business from me due to bad customer service. If companies would only realize that it starts with the customer and it doesn't really matter how great there product is, if there customer service is lacking people will not come back, maybe they'd focus a little more of their time and energy on good customer service instead of treating everyone like a number with an automated response.
