Someone with tiny pups should be able to help you. Since I went to the groomer every 4-6 weeks, she always took care of Sophie's ears and bottom. However, at times, the smallest remainder of poopie would cause her to drag her bottom, and it was always a signal for a closer inspection. Good luck.
