Default how about hot dogs, lunch meat

Can our furbabies have turkey hot dogs? I'm trying to experiment with different combinations, and I was wondering if it is a healthy or non-healthy substitute or treat? What about deli meat, such as ham, turkey, salami? What about bologna? Should it be all beef or chicken bologna?
When you say they can eat basically anything we eat....I know they are not supposed to have onions, but some of the mixed frozen veggies have onions or onion powder in them. Will that hurt them? And what about garlic, I thought they weren't supposed to have that either, but I saw a recipe on here with garlic in it.
I've seen the ratio of 75% to 25% meat to veggies. What amount do we feed them each meal? I feed Sparky twice a day with a helping of cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit for lunch. The bag of Merricks I was feeding said for his size, he should be eating 1 to 1 1/2 cup per day. Help me make Sparky a healthy and happy furbaby!
