Hi Amber-
I bought my domain and did my website through Yahoo. It costs me around $12/month for it all. They also give you a free web program called SiteBuilder that has ready made templates or you can do it yourself. No need to know any type of code at you just double click on the page and type and you insert photos pretty much like with all other programs. It took me about 8 hours to build mine and I think it looks pretty good (if I do say so myself)!! You get plenty of space as well. Hope this helps.
