I am sorry you got scammed, it happens all too often.

Word of advice, if it sounds to good to be true, like getting a yorkie pup for only $275, it probably is not true.

Also, if you ever decide to get a puppy and have it shipped without knowing the breeder, go through www.puppyescrow.com
It keeps you from getting scammed and is the safest way to go. If they don't want to go through puppyescrow, then chances are it is a scam because it is safe guards the buyers and sellers from getting scammed out of a puppy or money.

Good luck with taking her to court, I hope it all works out and that you get all your money back and that this woman is stopped so she won't be able to scam anyone ever again!!
