I did a quicky search to find the ingredient in the Angels Eyes and came up with this; Angels Eyes is Potassium Tartrate. It says to mix with water. I looked up the Potassium Tartrate and it said when this form is mixed in water it forms Potassium hydroxide. That is pure beef liver.

Anyway, look at a health food or vitamin store and see if they carry Potassium Tartrate and then all you do is mix it with water. It may be cheaper than what the Angels Eyes sells for at $28.99.
