These little tiny ones can really give us heart failure when they get sick or have surgery. I am just so relieved that she is coming through just fine. Just make sure you use a GOOD vet that has performed this on the super tiny ones. The anesthetic is the tricky part and the most critical. Fortunately, they only have to go through this once and are happy the rest of their lives not having to deal with the heat any more. They are too tiny to breed so i don't believe in putting them through all that mess every 6 months, IMO!
Be sure and let us know when you get Momiji spayed so we can pray for her too. I know this forum has really been comforting to me today!
