The pedigree will show the parents, grand parents and great grand parents.

If they take your dog and breed it to a bad dog, and the offspring have problems, then it reflects badly on both parents.

BTW there are way more health risks with dogs that are not spay/neutered, such as breast cancer and testicular cancer. so I don't understand your reasoning behind not having it done. If it change their personality at all it would only be for the better, making them more affectionate and less likely to run or to be agressive
