Then buy from someone that is raising their dogs to be bred, I am not. Like I said, it is my dream to raise Yorkies. Just because it is my personal dream to raise them, should I give full registration to everyone?! I am not really sure why you have decided that I should be giving every single buyer rights to breed my dogs! If a person wants to buy a breeding dog, then they know upfront, that I am not that person....plain and simple.
