Will the breeder keep her an extra couple of weeks? 8weeks is soo young, and there's a lot more to worry about w/ them that young than just the shots.
If you do get her at 8weeks, or any pup and their not vaccinated, no you shouldn't take them out with you. You never know what pathogens can be lurking around, so it's best to play it safe with them.
