Hmmmm, now that I've read all the way to the end, it's starting to sound like she may be a broker. That's not ALWAYS a horrible thing but definitely CAN be a red flag. I think if I remember right (I looked at the Yorkytown site yesterday), it says she's in Fort Worth. That's about 3-4 hours away from me or else I would be curious enough to go check it out for you. Sorry.... maybe someone else closer can get you more info. I think the above google search is not looking real good though.
