First my Maltese vomitted twice earlier this week.!!!!

now my 15 week Yorkie vomitted twice yesterday and already twice today and its only 9:11 a.m.!!!! Should I worry..

Has this happened to anyone before? What is it? The food? I feed the both Innova?
