when i was looking for my first yorkie, i get alot of those too and so happen they have a middle man from US to do the transaction too. I find it fishy too. I actually got my furbaby from a local breeder in Dallas, TX. We communicated via email and phone then i was comfortable in goin down to TX from NYC and visited the mom and dad of the pup and its siblings. I got him for 450.00. and $80.00 to fly him back with me to NY under my seat.
You really have to go with ur instinct. If it sounds good to be true. Then its a FRAUD. hehehe. Good luck.
