I am a future breeder and I do not want to sell my puppies with full registration. I would love to have each puppy spayed/neutered before leaving me, but I know that is not possible. I plan to sell my puppies with limited registration and have the buyer sign a contract stating that they will not receive the forms until they have proven that they have had their puppy spayed/neutered. Does this work...will it keep people from buying my puppies for breeding purposes (at least hinder)?
