Rare in what way? Coloring? I don't think there is such a thing as rare, same as no such things as teacup, only off color.
I would be a little worried about doing business with them. They just seem to have so many different puppies available. Also, as one poster mentioned, the mom and dad you see could be a pic of any dog, is there anyway she could send you a pic of mom WITH the pups next to her?
