My first Yorkie and only one so far was normally in the 5# range and I think for five minutes weighed 5.5. She died in January after 13 years, and hoping to rescue a Yorkie male who weighs 10 lbs. He is solid and shocked me when I lifted him for the first time since Sophie only weighed 4 lbs. when she crossed over.
