Yogurt and cheese are relatively expensive and less-concentrated protein sources than eggs. You could also boil up some eggs, leave them in the ref. with shells on, and give about 1/4 of one egg cut up into the Yogurt. I'm not sure how long the eggs stay fresh in the ref. after boiling, but I'm had them in there for two weeks and they were still frest. Soooo???
