My advice would be to make sure you think your decision through thoroughly. Be sure that before you decide to proceed, you are confident that you can handle any situation that can arise--emotionally, financially (it gets very costly) and that you are willing and able to dedicate the extensive time required to care for a prego female and whelping and raising of a litter.
If your only reason for breeding is so that your sister can have a dog like yours, I would suggest maybe helping her to find one from a breeder (the same breeder...they could be sisters?) instead.
