USDA is excellent when dealing with livestock, but not so good with domestic animals like dogs. They have very strict laws..dogs and puppies can not be raised in the house..the breeder has to have a separate kennel...Yorkies and all dogs need lots of hands on the frist few months before the owner gets them... |
