How sad........again! When will this madness stop? I still think microchipping is the way to go. Remember the guy who stole a Yorkie and then the Yorkie was found wondering the streets in another town and was take to the shelter where they scanned it for a chip and found the owners.
I hope that little dog is found really soon. |
