There's been a couple of times when she just can't hold it and she sprinkles a little. Or if she's making no.2 a small piece will fall off. I'm not disgusted at all, but I want to be able to take her places. I know it's a process and that it takes time and patience, but I was just wondering if it is normal that she still hasn't caught on not even a little?
For starters your baby is just precious!!! We've had Vinnie since Christmas and I will tell you that it is a long hard road, and we have moments where you would think we've not trained him at all. We were very diligent in the beginning and then he caught on beautifully! It does take time, they are smaller breeds so they do take more time and effort with the potty training. I assure you, you will be able to take her places. We took Vinnie on Christmas, a mere 2 days after getting him, to my Aunt's, an hour away, pee pads in hand and he did marvelous. As soon as we got him there we locked ourselves in the bathroom, laid out a pad and he went almost instantly from all the excitement. Congratulations on your new addition, be patient (even though I realize i'm not necessarily the most patient person) she will get it!
