Lake Buena Vista is well known as a puppy mill in Brazil.....yes, they do have Champion dogs. When they first started out they were very good, then got greedy and the almighty $$$ got in their way and will sell to anyone with the right amount of green in their hands.
Deal with this lady in a polite manner....anything that you can come to terms with is a plus.....
