When we got titan he looked pretty similar to this, he was six mo when we got him. I'm almost 100% sure he was missing something in his diet (plus had worms) when we got him. Now he has a beautiful true silk coat. Silk coats tend to grow alittle slower. You could try adding a suppliment like Missing Link to his food.
