Thank you soooooooo much to everyone who has posted. I have not been able to get on today so I am just catching up. I am definately going to read the webpage that Sweetums recommended, I appreciate it very much.
I do truly appreciate all the suggestions and personal experiences everyone has shared. This helps tremendously.

Just as a Tuesday updated..... I once again had Sophie with me allllll day so that I could feed her, watch her nad monitor her. This morning my husband & I had decided we were going to take her to the hospital for an overnight stay of whatever they thought might help. After our Monday night scare we were ready for help. BUT... I will tell you this much. She has been almost a completely different puppy today. I did have to feed her but she took it... it wasnt really forced to her. She stayed alert and walked around with me all day and right now is setting at my desk with me chewing on a toy (normal puppy action at last!!) I am very excited about todays progress and am keeping my fingers crossed for a good night as well. I am hoping so much that we are turning back around the other direction (the good one)

Thank you again to everyone and I will definately be reading all of the suggested info and considering the bio acid test. I will definately want to be prepared should she not continue to progress. Keep your fingers crossed for me and I will update you tomorrow on how it went tonight
